Un equipo comprometido con transformar el Call Center

Upbe es una plataforma de Inteligencia Conversacional. Nuestra visión es la de estructurar y categorizar de forma automática, masiva y escalable la información contenida en las conversaciones telefónicas entre clientes y empresas.

El equipo de Predictiva son ahora mismo más de 20 personas, divididas entre Marbella, donde tenemos nuestra oficina, y Madrid, donde el equipo trabajo en remoto.

El equipo técnico está dividido en tres áreas: Software, Ciencia de datos e Infraestructura. Es un equipo con una amplia experiencia en desarrollo de producto. Y por otro lado, el equipo de negocio está dividido entre operaciones, ventas y marketing. El 70% de la compañía es equipo técnico. Y en el 30% restante hay muchísima experiencia en el sector del Call Center.

Durante los últimos años hemos recibido varios reconocimientos, como el Premio Emprendedor XXI Caixabank Enisa a la Mejor Startup España & Portugal 2019. También en los mismos premios recibimos en 2018 el premio a Mejor Startup de Andalucía.

Your mission 

Predictiva develops disruptive products based on Artificial Intelligence and Big data to transform Contact Centers, Fintech and Ecommerce industries.

Our candidate will be responsible for the management, maintenance, security and optimization of the systems and technologies used by Predictiva Products and Processes.

The “IT and Security Administrator” will work alongside with all Predictiva employees in different departments to identify their needs and make sure the appropriate IT activities are aligned with the company goals.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on the new leading edge software technologies in the market (Big Data, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Automatic Speech Recognition) with a highly competent team in Marbella.

NOTE: This is a permanent position where we all work in a hybrid remote fashion balancing professional and personal life (3-2 days from home and 2-3 days in the office which is 35mins from Malaga near Calahonda).

Your activities 

  • IT related activities:
    • Manage IT Helpdesk
    • Manage the following infrastructure:
      • Personal computers (Windows, macOS, Linux)
      • Company servers (on premise and cloud/AWS)
      • Presales and Production Clusters
    • Corporate Software Management: Antivirus, Firewall, Disk Encryption, Password Manager, Office 365, Slack, CRM, HR, etc…
    • Development Software Management: JIRA, Confluence, Github, etc…
  • Security:
    • Implement network security policies, application security, access control and corporate data safeguards
    • Assist during security audits and certifications
    • Train co-workers in security awareness and procedures

Your key skills 

  • Good communicator, good documentation skills, team player.
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result-oriented
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Upper intermediate English
  • Passion for quality development.
  • Knowledge of best practices for the full SW development lifecycle, including agile, coding standards, source control management, build processes, testing, release management and operations
  • Proficient in Linux OS Administration (e.g. Ubuntu)
  • Experience with cluster, virtualization and/or cloud based solutions (e.g. Docker, AWS, Digital Ocean, Google Cloud, Azure, VMWare)
  • Experience with Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc…)
  • Expert on Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD)
  • Experience with container technologies like Docker
  • Experience with orchestration technologies like Kubernetes (K8S) would be a very big plus
  • Experience with scripting languages like Bash, Python, etc…
  • Solid skills on SQL and NoSQL database clusters such as MySQL, HBase, MongoDB

Extra desirable skills 

  • Experience with Big Data, ASR or AI (ML, NLP) would be a big plus.
